When I went to Egypt, I didn’t have to get any inoculations. However, drink bottled water and have anti diarrhea tablets, sunscreen, and MORE water…its hot

no need to get inoculation, in case if your friend has normally health, mineral water is surely recommended, check that page of this website to know about the medical requirements.
you can contact to know any more details.
Since you friend hasn’t good immune system , then i’d recommend the typhoid & hepatitis injections . Also she should drink mineral ( bottled ) water when she comes to Egypt . Good luck
